About these terms
These terms apply when you browse svgastore or buy from it. svgastore is operated by svgastore, Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person placing an order, or the company they order for.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy, and that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract — or are authorised to do so on behalf of your company.
Your account
You can buy with just an email address; an account is created from your billing details so you can find your orders and downloads again. Please keep your details accurate, keep your sign-in private, and tell us straight away at support.appverselabs@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of these terms.
Products and previews
We sell digital animation files in the SVGA format (.svga), individually or bundled in packs. Nothing physical is shipped.
Every product page plays the actual file in your browser and lists its canvas size, frame rate, frame count, duration and file size, read from the file itself. We work hard to keep descriptions accurate, but the preview is the best guide to what you'll receive — please watch it before buying. How an animation looks in your app can also depend on your player version, device and how you scale it.
We may improve a file after release (for example to fix a glitch or reduce its size). Updated versions of files you own are made available in your downloads at no extra cost; we won't replace a file with a materially different design.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or renewals.
Single animations are $3–$5. A pack is one price for every file inside it, always below the sum of those files bought one by one.
If your billing country is India, GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown separately on your order and receipt. Orders billed outside India are not charged GST by us; any import taxes or duties in your country are your responsibility.
Discount codes apply to the order subtotal before tax, one code per order, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Payment is taken by our payment providers (for example UPI, card or PayPal). Your bank or wallet may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we'll tell you before delivering and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery and downloads
Files are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, download links appear on your order confirmation and in Account → Downloads. Buying a pack unlocks every file in that pack.
We keep your purchased files available for re-download for as long as the store operates. Please still keep your own backup; if we ever plan to close the store we'll give you at least 60 days' notice to download everything you own.
Because the files are available immediately, you ask us to begin delivery straight away when you complete checkout, and you accept that the right to cancel ends once a file has been downloaded — except as set out in the refund policy.
What you may do with the files
Buying gives you the right to use the files — you don't buy the copyright. There is one set of rights and every buyer gets all of it, for every file on the order; a pack covers every file inside it. The right is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive.
You may:
use an animation in your own apps, websites and brands, across as many of them as you own;
ship it to unlimited end users and installs, including in paid features such as virtual gifts, SVIP tiers, entrance effects and avatar frames;
use it in work you deliver to a client, and let that client keep using it in that product;
edit, recolour and re-export it for those uses.
You may not resell, share or redistribute the .svga files themselves — for example letting your users download or export them, or offering them as files in another store. That is selling our product rather than yours.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital files can't be returned, so refunds are limited to the cases in our refund policy — mainly files that are faulty or not as described, and duplicate purchases, reported within 7 days. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Using the store
When you use svgastore, please don't:
scrape, bulk-download or mirror previews, posters or files, or try to get files without paying;
interfere with the site's security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload it;
place orders with payment methods you aren't authorised to use, or abuse discount codes;
use the site for anything unlawful, or impersonate another person or company.

Ownership and intellectual property
The animations, posters, previews, the svgastore name and the design of this site belong to svgastore or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the rights set out above, no rights are transferred to you. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve the store without obligation to you.
Players, platforms and third parties
SVGA files are played by open-source SVGAPlayer runtimes for Android, iOS, Flutter and the web, which we don't own or control. We test our files in those players but can't guarantee compatibility with modified or outdated forks. Payment providers, email and hosting services we use have their own terms, and links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
Our promise and its limits
We promise that each file matches its preview and description, plays in a current version of SVGAPlayer, and that we have the right to sell it to you. If a file doesn't, we'll fix or replace it, or refund you under the refund policy.
Beyond that promise, and to the extent the law allows, the files and the site are provided “as is”. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that a file is suitable for a purpose we weren't told about.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Suspension and termination
If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms — for example by redistributing files — we may suspend your account and withdraw your right to use the files concerned after telling you why. If that happens you must stop using and delete the affected files. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are solved in a reply or two. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store develops. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed, and we'll point out significant changes on the site.
