Buying & payment

The .svga file itself, and the right to use it in your own apps and products — unlimited users and installs, as many of your own apps as you like.
There's no subscription and nothing to renew: you pay once, in US dollars, and the file stays in your account to re-download whenever you need it. Paid animations are $3–$5; packs bundle the same files for less.
Checkout offers UPI, debit or credit card and PayPal. Prices are listed in US dollars; if you pay in another currency, your bank or payment app handles the conversion.
Prices are shown before tax. If your billing country is India, GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown as its own line on the order and receipt. Orders billed to other countries are not charged GST by us.
Buying for a company? Add the company name and your GSTIN or tax ID in the billing step and they'll be printed on the receipt.
Two codes work at the moment:
WELCOME10 — 10% off your first order
SVGA20 — 20% off orders over $30
One code per order — enter it in the cart. Packs are already discounted, by up to 52% compared with buying the same files one by one, and the Complete Library includes all 58 animations for $149.
Downloads & files

Straight away. When checkout completes, the confirmation page has a download button for every file, and the same files stay in Account → Downloads. A pack unlocks every animation inside it.
You can download again as often as you need, from Downloads or from any order in Order history. Can't get in? Email support.appverselabs@gmail.com with your order ID (it looks like AVG-260922-K7QM) and we'll resend the files.
Each animation is a single .svga file (SVGA 2.x) with a transparent background — exactly the file you previewed. Packs contain every file in the pack; there's nothing to unzip or convert.
After Effects source projects are not part of catalogue purchases. If you need editable sources or a variation of a file, tell us about it.
Small. Across the 58 animations, files run from 516 B to 325 KB; the median is 24 KB, and 46 of 58 are under 100 KB. Frame rates are 12–30 fps, and the widest canvas is 1080 × 312, used by the SVIP Banners.
Every product page lists the exact canvas size, frame rate, frame count, duration and file size, read from the file itself.
No — all 58 files are silent by design, so they never compete with a host's mic or the room's music. If you want a sound effect, play it from your app alongside the animation.
Using the files

Yes. Selling gifts, SVIP tiers, entrance effects or avatar frames that play the animation inside your app is exactly what these files are for.
What isn't allowed is handing out the .svga file itself — letting users download or export it, or reselling it as a file — because that is selling our product rather than yours.
Yes. You can deliver the animation inside a client's app and they can keep using it in that product. Buy it once, on the account you keep your files in.
Technical & integration

SVGA is a compact animation format made for mobile apps: vector shapes and bitmaps with keyframes, packed into one file. It's played by the open-source SVGAPlayer runtimes for Android, iOS, Flutter and the web — the same players many live-streaming and voice-chat apps already use for gifts and effects.
Our files load in those players as they are. No proprietary SDK, no conversion step.
Every product page plays the real file live in your browser. To test inside your own build, the sample testing page has 3 free files (Big Laugh, Tap Hint — Pointer and Game Loading Dots) and a tester that plays any .svga you drop in, so you can check your player setup before spending anything.
Yes. PK battle elements that point in a direction — the charge bars and mic swords — come as separate LTR and RTL files (4 mirrored files), so the red and blue sides sit correctly in RTL rooms. Symmetrical animations such as emoji, rewards and banners work in either direction unchanged.
SVGAPlayer can swap a named image layer or draw text onto it at runtime. Whether a file has a layer worth replacing depends on its design, so ask us before buying and we'll tell you what a file exposes.
Refunds
2 answers
Downloaded files can't be returned, so refunds apply in specific cases, within 7 days of purchase:
the file is corrupt or won't play in an up-to-date SVGAPlayer
the file is materially different from its preview or description
you were charged twice, or bought something you already owned (for example a single file, then a pack that contains it)
Change-of-mind refunds after download aren't available. The refund policy has the details.
Email support.appverselabs@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order ID and what went wrong — a screen recording helps. We reply within 2 business days, and if a corrected file fixes the problem we'll offer that first.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and wallets usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
