Why digital files are different
Everything we sell is a digital file that you can download the moment you pay. A downloaded file can't be sent back, so we can't offer change-of-mind returns the way a shop selling physical goods can.
Instead, we make it easy to be sure before you buy: every product page plays the real .svga file live with its specs, and the sample testing page has free files and a tester so you can check your player setup first. And when something is genuinely wrong, we put it right.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your order date if:
The file is corrupt or won't play. It fails to load, or plays incorrectly, in a current official version of SVGAPlayer for Android, iOS, Flutter or the web — and we can't fix it with a corrected file.
The file is incorrect or not as described. You received a different animation, or it's materially different from its live preview, specs or description.
You bought something twice. You were charged twice for the same order, bought the same file again, or bought a single file and then a pack containing it. We refund the duplicate part.
We can't deliver. A technical problem on our side stops you downloading and we can't solve it within 2 business days of you telling us.
Faulty files are refunded in full, including any GST charged on them. Duplicate purchases are refunded for the duplicated items only.
When we can't refund
You've downloaded the file and changed your mind, or no longer need it.
The file matches its preview but doesn't suit your design or the look you had in mind.
The problem comes from changes made to the file after download, or from a modified or very outdated player that doesn't follow the SVGA 2.x format.
The request is made more than 7 days after the order date.
The file was a free sample, or you've broken these terms for the files concerned.
What a refund means
When an item is refunded, your right to use it ends and its downloads are switched off; the order shows as “Refunded” in your order history. Please remove refunded files from your app and projects. Partial refunds only affect the refunded items.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. If a chargeback is raised, the downloads on that order are suspended while it's investigated.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded. The terms of sale explain how this policy fits with the rest of our terms.
